“Finding Eden” is a collection of photographs taken with the intention of bringing you into a space of peace, joy, and freedom.
The goal for this project as a believer and an artist is to show you the goodness and character of God. We get so distracted by everything else in the world that we forget to pay attention to the one who created it. Through documenting these scenes and sharing what's on my heart I hope to present an opportunity for you to reflect, feel, and know that God is real and that he knows you better than you may think. -

“Finding Eden” is a testimony of the healing, discovery, and peace that occurs when we step into nature and into God's presence.

To kick things off, I'd like to share a few verses and thoughts I've had.
2 Corinthians 4:16-18 "So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal." -

LIGHT. MOMENTARY. AFFLICTION
Without God, the things of this world seem to hold so much weight. Bringing many to their knees. Leaving them exhausted and beaten. But with God... We are not crushed. We may bend but we will not break. For he who is faithful will do as he says. Never leaving. Never forsaking. Willing and able is he who tells the wind to cease, who shapes the mountain range, whose light shines upon all things. How great is his faithfulness! Oh, that I would be so blessed to trust in him. -
